EVENTS – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By purchasing a ticket and attending any of our E&E Paranormal or Energy & Empathy events, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

EVENT COMMUNICATION AND CONFIRMATION

You must provide a correct email address during booking as event details will be sent one week prior to the event date
Please reply to our confirmation email to acknowledge receipt
If purchasing tickets for others, ensure they are aware of all terms and conditions outlined in the information email we send you

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

All events are ticketless- please present your order confirmation email upon arrival
All attendees must be 18 years or older
Paranormal events are unsuitable for pregnant guests
You must arrive on time as events begin punctually at the stated time
Late arrivals will not be permitted entry under any circumstances
Allow adequate time for parking and travel to the venue
A team member will greet you on arrival

TICKET POLICY

Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable
Refunds will only be issued if the event is cancelled by E&E Paranormal or Energy & Empathy
It remains your responsibility to attend regardless of personal circumstances

RECORDING AND MEDIA POLICY

Cameras, filming, and recording equipment are permitted subject to the following limitations:
- You must notify us in advance if you intend to record video or audio
- Still images, audio, or video footage captured may NOT be used for promotional purposes of any other project
- Live streaming and real-time broadcasting are strictly prohibited, including:
  - Social media live features (Facebook Live, Instagram Live, TikTok Live, YouTube Live)
  - Video calls during the event
  - Any other form of real-time content sharing

CONDUCT AND SAFETY REQUIREMENTS

ABSOLUTELY NO ALCOHOL OR DRUGS are to be consumed prior to or during any event
Anyone suspected of being under the influence will be refused entry or removed from the event
We reserve the right to make this determination without requiring proof
Inappropriate behavior will result in immediate removal from the event
Removal will occur regardless of transport difficulties or adverse weather conditions

DISCLAIMER

While some individuals may believe in paranormal phenomena, there is no scientific evidence supporting the existence of ghosts, psychic powers, or other supernatural occurrences. All claims made during paranormal events should be viewed as entertainment rather than fact.

AGREEMENT

By attending any event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund.

These terms and conditions are effective from the date of ticket purchase and remain valid throughout the event experience.
