What to expect

Each evening is split into two parts:

• Sitting in the Power (45 minutes): Deepen your connection and raise your energy.
• Practice Session (45 minutes): Build your confidence by practising with others in a supportive environment.

Time: 7.30pm to 9pm GMT

Cost: £20 for all four sessions (£5 per session)
